Terms of Service

General Terms1. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.2. NSFW orders are accepted only from individuals over 18 years of age.3. I work exclusively in my own artistic style. I do not copy the style of other artists.4. I reserve the right to accept or decline orders, and to terminate work with clients in the event of toxic or disrespectful behavior.

Rights and Use of the Work5. I retain copyright to all completed works.6. I have the right to publish completed works in my portfolio and social media.
Private orders are possible by prior arrangement.7. The client is permitted to use the work personally (avatar, social media posts) with attribution.8. Commercial use (merch, sales, use in projects) is only possible for an additional fee and is discussed separately.

9. WIP updates at key stages of the work.10. The order price includes two free revisions.11. Each additional revision costs an additional $5.12. Revisions after completion are only possible if I make a mistake.

Deadlines and Payment13. Order completion time ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and the order queue.14. 100% prepayment is required before work begins.15. Refunds are not provided for technical reasons.
